A large part of the gap between two website quotes has nothing to do with the website. An office, a sales team and a layer of project managers are recovered through the number before anyone opens a design tool.

What moves the number
- How many pages, and how many of them are genuinely different from one another.
- Whether the words and images exist, or need to be made.
- How much of the current site can be kept rather than rebuilt.
What a quote tends to leave out
Hosting, content production, and whether the domain and files end up in your name. Maintenance is the one most people discover late: a site nobody updates becomes a liability inside about a year. A care plan with updates, backups, security and a person to call starts at AED 400 a month, and it is optional, not bundled in quietly.
How I quote. There is no standard package, because no two jobs are the same size. You get a written figure and a plan before anything starts, and it does not change unless you ask for something new. If a smaller scope would do the job, I will say so rather than quote the larger one. Two rounds of changes are included, half is payable to begin, and the balance on delivery.
These are the figures my own work starts at, shown so you can budget before you ask. Published 2026 Dubai guides put comparable agency work considerably higher for the same scope: the difference is overheads, not craft. Every project is quoted on what it actually involves.
